Cute article. Who is training whom? New Hampshire dog trainer has an interesting take on the topic of dumb dogs. She points out how well many of those dogs have trained their families to accommodate them.

Use an “obedience trainer’s eye” as you watch this  Welch best-in-show conformation video.  As you watch, think about what the trainer needed do have done and what the handler is doing in the training area to get the dog to perform.  Lots of “obedience” in the conformation ring.
